    What we collect:

  • COVID infection status
  • Vaccination status
  • Perception of risks of getting COVID infection

Patient Interview

    Subjects: All patients

    Methods: Researcher administrated interview

    What we collect:

  • Patient demographics including gender, marital status, race, and level of education
  • History of PsA/PsO
  • Current/past medication
  • Current Phototherapy
  • General health status on comorbidities
  • Health care resource use, including ED, hospitaolization, nursing home, surgery, home health care
  • Alcohol consumption and smoking habits

Physician Questionnaire

    Subjects: All patients

    Methods: Assessed and filled out by rheumatologlists/dermatologists
